  • What add-ons are available?

    Extra time, themed decorations, and event setup assistance are available for Private and Premium Pool Party packages. DJ set packages can also include extended hours at the hourly rate. Ask us about specific add-ons when you submit your inquiry.

  • Is a deposit required to book?

    Yes. A refundable security deposit of $100 applies to DJ Set Space bookings. Other packages may require a deposit to hold your date — details will be confirmed at booking.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Please reach out directly to discuss cancellations and rescheduling. We do our best to work with you given reasonable notice.

  • What's included with my rental?

    All packages include private access to the tropical poolside venue for your booked duration. The Wellness Session and Content Creation packages include access to a water-safe setup on request. Towels and additional amenities can be arranged in advance.

  • Are there pool rules I should know about?

    Yes — the venue is a private residential-style backyard space. We ask all guests to treat it with care. Specific guidelines will be shared upon booking confirmation.
